We charge your card at the time of purchase so we can get your goodies packed up and on their way to you as quickly as possible! Just be sure to double-check your info (like your address and payment details) before placing your order—we aren’t able to make changes once it ships.
We accept all major payment types, plus offer flexible options like Shop Pay (powered by Affirm) and Afterpay so you can shop now and pay later.
Changes & Cancellations
Change your mind? We totally get it. You’ll have a 30-minute window to request a change or cancellation during our business hours (Monday–Friday 8am–6pm PST, Saturday–Sunday 8am–5pm PST).
If we’re still within that window and the order hasn’t started processing, we’ll do our best to help. Just reach out ASAP! Once the order is in motion, we’re unable to make edits—but we’re always happy to walk you through your return options if needed.
