What is your return policy? (US)
We accept returns as long as the item is in new condition, in the original packaging, with tags attached, and within 30 days of the delivery. Note: final sale items are not returnable and we don't offer exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage, or are Final Sale items.Please note: Our shipping fee is a non-refundable charge for a service and can't be refunded. Refunds for returns are for the item(s) returned, plus applicable tax only.
You can use one of the following three options for your return:
1. Complete a return using our Happy Return Return Bars for a cost of $7.95 that's deducted from your refund, and get your refund back to you when you drop off the return. (This is the quickest and usually the cheapest option, and it doesn't require you to print anything off!) Note: Due to the complexity of refunds, order placed with a tiered discount or BOGO deals are not eligible for Return Bars.
2. Complete a return request through our Happy Returns Return Portal and request a shipping label for a cost of $9.85. Print off your label and ship the box back to us. We ask you please return the items in the smallest-sized return package you have.
3. Using your personal label have your return sent back to our warehouse:

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Starting on November 1st, for the holiday's, we've extended our return policy to 60 days, this will allow our amazing customers to give Three Bird Nest items for holiday gifts if you'd like! Please be aware this policy will be live through the middle of January, then we'll revert back to our 30-day return policy.
SALES AND RETURNS | Discount not applicable upon return. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
If you would like to use your own label, you must include your order number inside and outside of the package, the reason for the return, and save the tracking information in case it’s needed. You can mail it to the address here:

We send refunds to the original payment for processed and approved returns. Once we've received your return, it'll take us a few days to get it processed, but don't worry, you'll get a confirmation email once it's done!
How do I return an order from Canada?

Once in the portal, you will see the following option for your return:

If using your own label, be sure to include your order number as shown above. We highly recommend getting a tracking number with your return package so we can all stay up to date on it's arrival! It can also come in handy should anything happen to your return in transit as we can not refund any items we can not verify were sent back
Is there Free Shipping?
We have free Economy shipping on US orders with an item total over $150 USD. Shipping and taxes do not apply.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
We do! They come in increments of $25, $50, $100, $125, $150, $175, $200, $250, $300, $400, $500, $1000. You can find them HERE. Gift cards and site credit are non-refundable nor eligible for return. If you place an order with a gift card or site credit, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Discounts can not be applied to purchases of Gift cards. Gift cards can not be purchased using AfterPay.
Where do you ship from and where are you located?
We are based out of Livermore, CA and ship out of Texas.
Do you have any Brick & Mortar stores?
No we don’t. We started as a brick & mortar store then switched to online only, you can read all about our journey in OUR STORY.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Economy Shipping: 4-6 business day processing time
Expedited: 3-4 business day processing time
Express: Placed before 1 pm PST - 2 business day processing time

Can I exchange?
We do not do traditional exchanges since many of our items sell out before we receive the return. If you feel you need a different size we suggest purchasing the new size quickly and returning the original, as long as it’s not a final sale item.
What if I received something damaged/defective?
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item please notify us within 3 days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition in order to be replaced. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors, washing incorrectly, and/or cutting garments, unfortunately, will not be replaced. We offer ShipTection insurance for all customers, and suggest considering purchasing with your order to ensure it's safe delivery.
What is the best way to care for my items?
Under "Fabric & Care" in the product description, there will be care instructions. Many of our items have the longest lifespan however with hand washing and laying flat to dry.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will do our best to make this right. We offer ShipTection insurance for all customers, and suggest considering purchasing with your order to ensure it's safe delivery.
If the order's tracking has paused, there must be 15 business days with no tracking before reviewing what actions we can take to help.
If the package is marked delivered, there must be 7 days before reviewing what actions we can take to help.
We are unable to assist with any orders that have been lost or misdelivered for more than 30 days

Can I apply a promotion to my previous purchase?
We will on occasion run flash sales, who doesn't love a fun sale? Because our sales are only temporary, not permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments for orders placed outside of 24 hours. If you did purchase the item with this time frame we are happy to issue you a refund for the price adjustment.
Missed coupon codes can be applied after the order if reaching out within 24hrs. Be sure to provide the missed code when reaching out.
Can I use coupon codes with other promotions?
Coupon codes and promotions, unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined or stacked.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, AfterPay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change/cancel my order after purchasing?
Please be sure to check it twice! Once an order is placed, we have 30 minutes to attempt any adjustments to the order or cancel it during our working hours. There are times we may be able to catch an order outside of the 30 minutes, so please reach out asap if you’d like to attempt an adjustment of any kind. Note, outside of our Customer Experience hours we won’t be able to stop/change/cancel any orders.
What currency is displayed?
USD by default and can be toggled on the top right of your screen to your local currency - We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.
