We want you to love what you ordered—and if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! International customers have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items.
Before you send anything back, please double-check that your item isn’t marked Final Sale, as these are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
To return your item, just use your own return label and ship it to:

Pro tip: Use a return method with tracking—we can’t issue refunds for items we can’t confirm were returned.

A Quick Note on Duties & Taxes
We’re able to collect duties and taxes at checkout to save you from surprise fees later. Since these are charged by your local government and not by us, they aren’t refundable through Three Bird Nest.

Holiday Return Policy
Ordering for the holidays? From November 1st through mid-January, returns are extended to 60 days to make gifting easy and worry-free. After that, we go back to our regular 30-day window.
