What currency will I see on the site?
Our site automatically displays prices in your local currency based on your location. If you need to switch countries or currencies, just click the dropdown in the top-right corner of the site and select your country.
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Yes, duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout. These fees depend on your country’s regulations and the value of your order—but no worries, we guarantee there will be no surprise fees when your order arrives.
Can I get a refund on duties or taxes if I return something?
Since these charges go directly to your local government, we aren’t able to refund them ourselves. However, you may be able to request a refund directly through your country's customs agency. Here’s where you can start that process.
How do I make a return?
No stress—returns are easy! If something didn’t quite work out, you’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back (just double-check that it’s not a Final Sale item). Using your personal return label

What’s your international return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Final Sale items (like intimates or items ending in .99) can’t be returned or refunded.

We highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking so we can verify your return. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds for items we can’t confirm were returned.
Can I return my order using my own shipping label?
Yes! If you’d rather not use our return portal, you’re welcome to send it back with your own label. Just be sure to:

Use a service with tracking for peace of mind

Can I exchange an item internationally?
At this time, we can’t offer international exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, the best bet is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Can I cancel or change my international order?
We can cancel or remove an item from your international order if it’s within 30 minutes of placing it (during Customer Experience hours). We aren’t able to change sizes or add new items to international orders once submitted.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll refund your item total minus the original shipping charges. Be sure to double-check everything at checkout!
What happens if something arrives damaged or missing?
If something’s not right, let us know within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and have original tags attached to be replaced. Be sure to inspect your goodies once they land!
