Frequently Asked Questions:
Why is my point balance negative? Since points are earned for dollars spent, any amount refunded will result in your points being deducted automatically. This includes return refunds or discount codes applied retroactively. A negative point balance is totally normal, but if you feel this may be incorrect or would like more information, you reach out to us at hello@threebirdnest.com or live chat with us directly on our site!
Is there a birthday reward? Yes there is! For every year that you are a member with us, you will receive 50 points on your birthday as a gift from us 😊️ Keep in mind when entering in your birthday for your first 50 points, birthday points are not available until 30 days after you have submitted your birthday.
Do rewards expire? Yes. Points must be used within 6 months of being received.
How do I redeem my points?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to apply your available points for discounts. You’ll need at least 100 points to redeem ($5 off). You can apply up to 400 points per order
Can rewards be applied to an order with an existing promotion? Reward points and discount codes can not be applied to the same order. If there's a sitewide sale, you’ll need to choose between using points or a discount code—only one can be applied.
Can points be used on sale items that don't require a code? Yes. However, this still excludes OOTW.
Can I earn points by purchasing a Gift Card? You will not be able to earn or redeem any points for a gift card purchase.
Can I have points added for previous purchases? You can start earning points once you have signed up for a rewards account with us. Any prior purchases made - even with the same email - will not be eligible for additional points added.
How do I sign up for the rewards program? You can sign up by creating an account on our website. Once you’re registered, you’ll automatically start earning points!
Where can I see my points and rewards? Log in to your account and visit the “My Rewards” page to view your points balance, rewards history, and available redemption options.
