SALES TAX | We collect sales tax in different states in compliance with state and federal regulations. Each state has its own rules and procedures for the collection of sales tax.
ORDER CHARGES | To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item (see backorders below) and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order (then feel free to celebrate your new find)!
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS | Please be sure to check it twice! Once an order is placed, we have 30 minutes to attempt any adjustments to the items, and shipping address, or cancel it during our working hours of Monday-Friday 6 am-8 pm, and Saturday-Sunday 8 am-5 pm. There are times we may be able to catch an order outside of the 30 minutes, so please reach out ASAP if you’d like to attempt an adjustment of any kind. Note, outside of our Customer Experience hours we won’t be able to stop/change/cancel any orders. If you missed a promo code, no worries! We are happy to help at any point, just contact out Customer Experience Team.
BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. Other times we’re lovingly putting on its finishing touches. Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you ASAP; if it’ll be on backorder longer than three weeks, we can issue a refund (with the exception of items with a longer posted pre-order date). We know when you love something, you shift into OMG-Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. We appreciate your patience and excitement.
SHIPPING & CARRIERS | We ship via USPS, FedEx, and DHL to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item(s) ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way (and try not to stalk the mail carrier…too much).
Most in-stock items ship within 4-6 business days of ordering and you'll receive an automated email with your tracking information to follow the orders journey.

PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages with photo proof of delivery. If your package is lost in transit we will work with you to make this right within policy.
EXPRESS ORDERS | Express orders must be received before 1PST to be shipped within two business days. Pre-orders or weekly deals will ship express once they are in stock if you choose express shipping. Please choose FedEx for expedited shipments. We cannot guarantee delivery dates using a USPS shipping choice.
SHIPMENTS | We currently ship within U.S. and Canada. Delivery for Canadian orders varies by country but takes an average of 5-12 business days once the order ships. Please note we cannot control customs delays and while it is rare, packages may often take 3-5 weeks to deliver to International destinations.
DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.
DELIVERY | We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be issued a refund minus the original shipping costs. Quick! Take a glance or two and double-check that your address is right.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + CODES | We will on occasion run flash sales, who doesn't love a fun sale? Because our sales are only temporary, not permanent price changes, we are unable to honor any price adjustments for orders placed outside of 24 hours. If you did purchase the item within this time frame we are happy to issue you a price adjustment. If you missed entering your promo code at checkout, please reach out to us with the code so we can apply it to your order. For all promotions, only one discount code is allowed per order and cannot be stacked.
DISCOUNT CODES | Discount codes do not apply to items already on sale.
RETURNS | We accept returns as long as the item is in new condition, in the original packaging, with tags attached, and within 30 days of the delivery. The cost of the return will depend on the country (US/International)
Note: final sale items are not returnable and we don't offer exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet the return requirements. Our shipping fee is a non-refundable charge for a service and can't be refunded.
You can use this link for the return portal: https://three-bird-nest.happyreturns.com/ Once in the portal, you can use one of the following options for your return:
1. (US OPTION ONLY) Receive a QR code using our Happy Return Return Bars for a cost of $7.95 that's deducted from your refund, and get your refund back to you when you drop off the return. (This is the quickest and usually the cheapest option, and it doesn't require you to print anything off!) Note: Due to the complexity of refunds, orders placed with a tiered discount or BOGO deals are not eligible for Return Bars.
2. Receive a shipping label for a cost of $9.85 for US and $30 for International through the Happy Returns Portal. Print off your label and ship the box back to us. We ask you please return the items in the smallest-sized return package you have.

If using your own label, be sure to include your order number as shown above. We highly recommend getting a tracking number with your return package so we can all stay up to date on it's arrival! It can also come in handy should anything happen to your return in transit as we can not refund any items we can not verify were sent back
SALES AND RETURNS | Discount not applicable upon return. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount, with exception of orders with tiered discounts.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY | Starting November 1st, we’re extending our return policy to 60 days for the holiday season! This gives our wonderful customers the flexibility to gift Three Bird Nest items with confidence. This extended policy will be in effect through mid-January, after which we’ll return to our standard 30-day return policy. Happy gifting!

STORE CREDIT | Refunds for returns are issued back to the original payment method. However, if you would prefer store credit please reach out to us and let us know before you make your return!
INCORRECT, DAMAGED ITEMS, MISSING ITEMS | If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition in order to be replaced. Any damages resulting in the customer cutting package with scissors, washing incorrectly, and/or cutting garments, unfortunately, will not be replaced.
