INTERNATIONAL RETURNS | We offer easy returns for our international customers too! You have 30 days from the date of delivery. Please double-check before shipping that the item isn’t a Final Sale. No Final Sale items are eligible for refund or store credit. (See list below) We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage, or are Final Sale items.
If something from your order didn’t work out, no problem! We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. We know finding the right fit can sometimes be tough, so we offer easy returns to make it easy for you to explore our shop with confidence. Please have the email and order number ready and enter our Return Portal Here. Please note: our return label charge is $30 which will be deducted from your return, and your initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Once we get your items back your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days, usually much faster, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Duties and Taxes can not be refunded by us since they are not paid directly to us. This is a separate charge made by your local government that we are able to include in your checkout total to avoid you having to pay these fees later, once the package reaches customs. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY | Starting November 1st, we’re extending our return policy to 60 days for the holiday season! This gives our wonderful customers the flexibility to gift Three Bird Nest items with confidence. This extended policy will be in effect through mid-January, after which we’ll return to our standard 30-day return policy. Happy gifting!
